2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use we1win88 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

3. Account Management

Each user is only allowed to hold one (1) active account at we1win88. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including keeping your password confidential. we1win88 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your own negligence.

You must notify us promptly through customer support if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation. Our support service is available 24/7 via live chat and email in Malay and English.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Update your personal information through the account settings section if any changes occur.
• Contact support immediately if you have trouble accessing your account.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

we1win88 accepts deposits via various payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC, ETH). The minimum deposit for all methods is RM20.

Withdrawals from a we1win88 account are subject to a minimum withdrawal of RM50. Withdrawal requests that meet the requirements are usually processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. All withdrawal requests must be submitted using the same method as the original deposit, unless special approval is granted by management.

we1win88 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. 6. Bonuses and Promotions

we1win88 offers various promotions to new and existing players. Our welcome bonus gives an additional 200% up to a maximum of RM1,500 on your first deposit. For example, a deposit of RM100 will give a bonus of RM200, bringing your balance to RM300, with a wagering requirement of RM200 × 10 = RM2,000 before a withdrawal can be made.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the stated wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount received. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified period will result in the bonus and related winnings being automatically forfeited.

• Only one welcome bonus is allowed per new user.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.

10. Limitation of Liability

we1win88 and its employees shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, service interruptions, or loss of data, unless such losses are caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct by we1win88.

In any event, our cumulative liability shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

11. Amendments and Termination of Terms

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
